She was predeceased by: her grandson Earl; her spouse Francis K.; her children, Ken Foy Mary Foy, Jim Foy (Carol) of Rocky Grove, PA and Sandra Foy Stahlman (Bob) of Homosassa, FL.; her siblings, Don Schettler, Dean Wilson and Peggy Detar; and her grandsons, Bobby and Marc Stahlman.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Edna Schettler (Wilkinson), Greg Foy of Oil City, Lisa Foy Winger of Oil City, Eric Foy (Suzette) of Oil City, Amy Foy Botts of Oil City, Jimmy Foy (Betsey) of Franklin, Marisa Hoover Smith (Chris) of Edinboro, Katy Hoover of Leheigh Acres, FL, JoEla Ramjit of Cape Coral, FL and Sara Stahlman Woolf (Jim) of Chambersburg, PA..
