He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oxenham and Elsie J. Oxenham (Perkins); his wife Helen Weaver Oxenham; his daughter Mary Gallagher; and his siblings, Shirley Oxenham and Dick Oxenham.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Oxenham (Colleen) of Montpelier, Ohio, Jim Oxenham (Gayle) of Oil City and Michele Wice (Tim) of Seneca; his son-in-law Bill Gallagher of Rockaway; and his grandchildren, Jessica Stokes (Jason) of Ohio, Jordan McKown of Ohio, Alex Matzinger of Ohio, Brianna Oxenham of Ohio, Renee Young (Jameson) of Franklin, Ryan Oxenham (Aimee) of Mercer, Shane Wice of Pittsburgh, Carly Wice of Seneca, Ben Gallagher of Utah, James Gallagher of Rockaway and Sarah Gallagher of Rockaway. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
