It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Spence (Oil City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 18, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sharon Best and Patricia Shreve; and his grandparents, Fred, Maye Lawrence, Bob and Ruth Shreve.
He is survived by: his parents, Don Shreve and Norma Lawrence Shreve; his wife Judy Bayer Spence; his daughter Lori Tupek; his grandchildren, James, Bill, Kayla, Austin, Matthew and Tyler; his pet Bella; his siblings, Karen Wakefield, Brenda Umstead, Gary Dennis, Larry Dennis, Susan Shreve and Don Shreve Jr.; his nephew Ken Umstead; his parents-in-law, Bill and Charlotte Bayer; his uncle Paul Lawrence; and his brother-in-law Kirby Bayer.
