He is survived by: his parents, Lee E. Horne of Center Twp and Jeannie L. Minich Nairn of Oil City; his son Devin E. Horne (Bailey Bahan) of Mount Victory, OH; his sisters, Tammi Horne Fulmer (Chris) of Oil City and Toni Nairn Weis (Kevin) of Cranberry Twp; his nieces and nephews, Stephen McCauley, Dane Weis, Sarah McCauley and Abby Weis; his aunt Linda Sites; and his uncle Les Horne.
