He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowland Plowman and Mildred Irene Plowman; and his siblings, Patricia Plowman, Cheryl Hoover and Daryl Plowman.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Rodney of Oil City, Greg (Andree) of Oil City and Todd (Heidi) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Rodney L. (Heather) of Cherrytree, Hannah, Halle and Marley; his sister-in-law Darlene Plowman; his niece Darla; his nephew Eric Plowman (Stacey); his children, Bailee, Ethan and Craig Plowman (Peg); and his grandchild Bristol. He is also survived by father, he proudly attended his sons.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Venango County Humane Society.
