We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2019, at the age of 85, Robert Toy (Oil City, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Toy; and his brothers, Allen "Guff" Toy and Jack Toy. He is survived by: his children, Daniel R. Toy (Cynthia) of Oil City and Debra Oakes of Oil City; and his brother Richard Toy. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association.
