He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Fletcher and Betty L. Fletcher (Balph) of Oil City; and his son Dustin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Minich; his daughter Tiffany Keenan (George) of Bethel Park, PA; his siblings, Randy Fletcher (Deb) of Oil City, Tom Fletcher of Cleveland, OH, Judy Riley of Seneca and Mary Lou Fritz of Lakewood, NY; his aunt Judy Quattro of Oil City; his mother-in-law Nancy Minich; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Youngblood (Joe) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Jimmy Minich (Penny) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Mushtaq Ahmed of Orange Village, OH; his pets, Neville and Cheese Keenan; his sister Susie Ahmed of Orange Village; his brother-in-law John Riley of Seneca; and his father-in-law Jim Minich of Fernandina Beach. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces.
