He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. McIntyre and Therese A. McGraw McIntyre. He is survived by: his children, Kevin McIntyre (Ann), Carson, Kyle, Irena McIntyre and Conor McIntyre (Asti); his grandchildren, Mason and Alessia; his brother Timothy McIntyre (Bridgid); his nephews, Ed McIntyre, Mike McIntyre (Chris), Tom McIntyre and Joe McIntyre; his niece Sara Payne (Darrin); his brother Peter McIntyre (Patti); and his niece Dr. Jessica McIntyre (Steven).

Memorials may be made to Oil City Junior Baseball Association or to the Blue and White Club at Oil City High School.

“My first baseball coach on The Kiwanis - idc what anyway says, we were the BEST team in the league! Best coach.. ! I remember he helped my Dad mold Skyler and I into some pretty Epic ball players! Coach McIntyre gave my dad a key to access some batting cages and nets Etc from a little building at the fields - and on the key ring read a medallion that said “Men of God” - Us boys NEVER forget that... Rest In Peace, Coach...”
