She was predeceased by: her former husband Henry Lowicki; her husband Joseph Michalkiewicz; her siblings, Victor, Leo, Alexander, Boleslaw, Maxililian, Leocadia, Mary and Susie; and her brother-in-law Edward Michalkiewicz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

At the request of Regina memorial donations can be made to Clarion County VNA at 271 Perkins Rd. Clarion, PA.
