Randy Barr Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Barr (Oil City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his close friends, Merle and Bea Boughner. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Barr and Carol Barr of Bankson Road; his stepchildren, Sara Watson and Jack Watson (Katie McClellan); his siblings, Kurt Barr, Jim Barr (Paula) and Kim Lynch (Bill Myers); and his close friend Aubrey "Rosie" Hanlon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family asks that donations be sent to the Venango County Humane Society.
