It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Todd Jr. (Oil City, Pennsylvania), born in South Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman L. Todd Sr. and Gladys Parker Todd; and his brother Maywood Lawrence Todd. He is survived by: his wife Judith L. Kluck; his children, Melinda L. Beck and Todd III (Leslie Pacen); his grandchild Lacey Snyder (Aaron Casey Carter); his great grandchildren, Madison and Aaron Snyder; his sister Shirley Ponder (Johnny); and his sister-in-law Brenda Todd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
