He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael V. Woloszyn and Mary A. Balot Woloszyn; his siblings, Raymond Woloszyn and Kathy Phipps; and his parents-in-law, Andrea Barscz and Adam Barscz.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy M. Barscz; his children, Christopher Woloszyn of Harrisburg and Elizabeth Woloszyn of Erie; and his brother-in-law William Phipps of Erie.
