She was predeceased by: her parents, George Skiba and Catherine Chmiel Skiba; her husband William A. Jaggers III; and her siblings, Sophie Goreczny, Emily Flensted, Julie Bliznasky, George, Edward, Carl, Bill and Felix Skiba.
She is survived by: her children, William A. Jaggers IV (Claudia) of Centerville and Andrea Ritter (John) of Bridgeton, NJ; her grandchildren, Lauren Ritter and Caroline Ritter; and her siblings, Joan Rearick, Phyllis Vrobel and Max Skiba. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice.
