She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah J. "Sally" Wattsjer Young; and her sister Martha Suzanne Conn. She is survived by: her father William Conn; her husband Richard L. "Rick" Downing of Oil City; her stepmother Marge Conn of Oil City; her daughter Sarah Gray (Jeremy) of Oil City; her grandchildren, Damen, McKella, Asher and Noah Ethan; her brother Mark Conn of Warren; her nieces and nephews, Kristen, Haley Conn and Adam Conn; her siblings-in-law, William Downing, Nancy Hastings (Roger Cozad), Susan Downing and Melissa Johnson (Conn); her parents-in-law, William and Geraldine Downing; her brothers-in-law, Edward Downing and Charles "Chip" Hastings; and her stepsiblings, Dean Flockerzi and Susie Flockerzi.
Memorials may be made to the Kirtland Cancer Foundation, or to the Venango County Humane Society.
