She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil R. Callender and Laurella Marie Barger Callender; and her former husband Arthur W. J. Hurrelbrink Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard Girty of Oil City; her children, Forrest Hurrelbrink Jr. (Robin) of Tn, Leandra Harlow, Mike of Sandy Lake, Heather Custer (John) of Emlenton, Jacob Hurrelbrink, Fiance Laura of Butler, Steven-Dean Hurrelbrink (Jenn) of Oil City and Rebecca Burroway (Aaron) of Fryburg; her brother Wendell Callender of Emlenton; her sons, Derick and Isac; and her brother Walter Callender. She is also survived by Seventeen Grandchildren and Eleven Great-Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
