Horn) of Titusville; her grandchildren, Tyler Williams of Tuscumbia, AL, Jacob Williams (Rosa) of Tuscumbia, AL, Madison Williams of Tuscumbia, AL, Octavia Ferguson (Chris) of Seneca, Victoria Horn (Christian Garren) of Franklin, Warren Horn (Andrea Ziegler) of Titusville, Alexia Horn of Seneca, Ryan Shaw (Amber Sakalousky) of Franklin, Reagan Shaw (Adam Chalmers) of Titusville and Dylan Shaw of Titusville; her great grandchildren, Noah, Waylon Williams of Tuscumbia, AL, Samuel Williams of Franklin, PA, Xenayah Crose, Norah Ferguson of Seneca and Charlotte Shaw of Titusville; her siblings, Robert James Rodgers Jr. (Nan) of Easton, PA and Ruth Laskey of Seneca; her in-laws, Joyce Campbell of St. Marys, Ellwood Horn of Franklin, Diane Weingard of Oil City, Kenny Horn of Franklin, Larry Horn (Michelle) of Franklin, Scott Horn of Oil City, Craig Horn (Sharon) of Oil City and Jeff Horn (Bobbi) of Oil City; and her caregivers, Phyllis, Tori and Rachel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family is requesting financial assistance to cover funeral expenses by sending donations to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home.
