He was predeceased by: his father Adam; and his stepfather Jackie Hanes. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Conner Hanes Nelson; his children, Nathan Winger of Oil City, Katelyn Winger of Pulaski and Dallas Blauser of Oil City; his grandchildren, Jack Cottrell, Jane Winger, Colton and Jaxon Hornbeck; his brother Keith Blauser of Oil City; and his half-brother Calvin Heath of Oil City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
