Joan J. Reed Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan J. Reed of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman L. Smith and Pearl O. Smith (Moore); her grandson Bradley Thomas Reed; her son-in-law James Kline; her siblings, Stanley Smith, Janice Cornell, Judy Cunningham, Jean Smith, June Brady and Jane Farnsworth; her brother-in-law Gary Reed; and her parents-in-law, Walter and Iva Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Kline of Charleston, Walter "Tom" Reed II (Terri) of Lexington, Paul Reed (Brenda) of Newport, Julia Huff (Buddy) of Franklin and Timothy Reed (Kimberly) of Oil City; her grandchildren, John Hunter Kline (Mary), Ashley Hess (Brian), Erica Pierce (Zachary), Danny Edward Reed (Amy), Alex Jordan Huff (Hannah), Chelsea Johnson and Quinton Reed (Hanna); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Hunter Kline, Dylan, Maddie Hess, Myles, Ethan, Eleanor Pierce, Paul Reed, Baylor Huff, Luka, Rowan Johnson, Emsley and Willa Reed; her sisters, Joyce Miller (John) and Jeri Williams (Tim); and her siblings-in-law, Teresa Thompson (Michael), Michael Brady and Francis "Junior" Farnsworth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
