He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Newlon Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Reid Fisher of Ohio; his fiancée Anne Smith of Oil City, His; his children, Jesse Newlon III of Oil City and Charles Newlon of Oil City; and his siblings, Louie, Stephanie, Pam (Mary) and Charlotte (Robin).
