He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Sines and Sarah Slonker Sines; his wife Kimberly Mackey; his stepdaughter BillieJo Mackey; his grandson Anthony Petrelli; and his siblings, Loretta, Ruth, Renee, Walker, Ronnie and Ralph.
He is survived by: his daughter Loretta Marie Lashbrook (Steve); his grandchildren, Sabrina, Deborah, Falisha, James Sines III, Angelina Sines, Michael Sines, Paulina Sines, Jessica Stewart, Jonysha, Jonah and Joshlynn; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Lydia, Leiland and Chloe; and his brother Mark Sines of Oil City.
