He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Gibbons and Helen Stalker Gibbons. He is survived by: his wife Karen D. Jackson; his daughter Stacy Allison (Rick) of Oil City, Two; his grandchildren, Devon and Chris; and his siblings, John Gibbons (Jean) of Oil City and Elaine Brock (Charles) of Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the window fund at Trinity United Methodist Church.
