It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Lehman (Oil City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon E. Lehman and Frances Champion Lehman; his wife Joyce Kapp; his brother Leon Lehman Jr.; his nephew Richard Lehman; and also Helen.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Matthew Lehman (Beverly) of Cranberry Township, Susan Bielski (Joseph) of Willamsport and Dr. Patricia Conklin (James) of Ithaca; his grandchildren, Matthew Paul Lehman, Anna Rogalski (Mark), Mark Bielski, Adam Bielski, Emily Conklin and Claire Conklin; his great grandchildren, James and Samantha Lehman; and his niece Beverly Pasquarette.
