We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2020, at the age of 98, Helen Archer of Oil City, Pennsylvania, born in Utica, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Cutchall and Fannie McCutcheon Cutchall. She is survived by: her son James Archer (Trudy) of Jamestown, NY; her grandchildren, Benjamin Archer and Hannah Arneson (Nathan); and her great grandchild Noah Arneson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to a Venango County Humane Society or to a charity of one's choice.
