He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Wingard and Elizabeth Blair Wingard; his son Richard Alan Wingard; his grandson Donald Ray Wingard; and his siblings, Connie DeLair, Jerry and Joseph Wingard (A. Faye King Wingard).
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Roxann Wingard of Oil City; his grandchildren, Brandi Jo Wingard, Miranda Swanson, Natasha Scarberry-Rowland, Joshua Horton and Rayleen Lyon; his great grandchildren, Alessa, Zoey, Kyle and Dakota; and his siblings, Lewis Wingard of Clintonville, Lloyd Wingard (Karen) of Oklahoma, Pricilla Rhoads (Leo) of Ohio, Sarah Benn (Cy) of Rimersburg, Martha McReynolds (Duane) of Emlenton, Carrie Smeltzer (Ron) of Oklahoma and Barbara Hurrelbrink of Emlenton.
