It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude L. James of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Staab Sr. and Gertrude Gent Staab; her significant other John W. James; her children, Diana and Thomas; her siblings, Marion Martz, Charles H. Staab Jr., John Staab (Jack), Donald Staab and Thomas Staab; and her sisters-in-law, Edith and Mary Lou Staab.
She is survived by: her sons, John James (Betty) of Franklin, Larry James (Cathy) of Oil City and Kenneth James (Mary Anne) of Atlanta, GA.. She is also survived by 1 granddaughter and 9 grandsons.
