He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Radabaugh and Winifred Amsdell Radabaugh; and his brothers, Eugene R. Stover, Virgil L. Radabaugh and Philip A. Radabaugh.
He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy P. Radabaugh, Stephen R. Radabaugh and Roseann E. Beaty; and his cousin Jim Warner.
