He is survived by: his children, Timothy O'Brien (Pamela) of Chelsea, ME, Daniel O'Brien (Beth) of Franklin, PA, Erin Herman (Jason) of Oil City, PA and Colleen Stevenson (Michael) of Cooperstown, PA; his daughter-in-law Marlene O'Brien; his grandchildren, Dr. Erica O'Brien (Brian Lawrence), Sean O'Brien, Colin, Kevin, Kelly O'Brien, Anthony, Vincent O'Brien, Devon, Aidan O'Brien, Michaela Cooper (John), Benjamin Herman, Kassidy, Brett and Josh Stevenson; his great grandchildren, Liam, Willa Lawrence and Trenton Walaski; and also Dale of Grand Junction, CO..
