It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Elder of Oil City, Pennsylvania, born in Clarion, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Elder and Flora Anthony Elder; and his siblings, Betty Rupert, Lois Heiliker, Helen Elder, Robert, Donald and Arthur Elder.
He is survived by: his children, Jarret Elder (Katrina) of Titusville and Peggy Elder of Oil City; his granddaughter Lacey Elder; and his siblings, Carl Elder of Arbuckle, Ray Elder of Corry, Elanor Yarington of Burt, NY and Beverly Elder of Fairview.
