He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Flinchbaugh and Edna Flinchbaugh; his son Gregory Flinchbaugh; his former wife Patricia Bryan Flinchbaugh; his brothers, Virgil Flinchbaugh (Patricia) and Harold Flinchbaugh (Dixie); and his brother-in-law James Hanna.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ochalek; his son Steven Flinchbaugh (Jill) of Chautauqua, NY; his stepchildren, Ronald Ochalek (Meg) of Oil City, Cathy Williams (Rick) of Oil City, Joyce Eismont (Tony) of Oil City, David Ochalek (Nancy) of Oil City, Sherry Reed (Steve) of Oil City and Kim Andres (Steve) of Seneca; his daughter-in-law Karen Flinchbaugh of Edinboro; his siblings, Florence Hanna of Oil City, Louis Flinchbaugh (Peg) of Oil City, Robert Flinchbaugh (Kathy) of Cleveland and Ronald Flinchbaugh of Cooperstown; and his grandchildren, Neil (Kate), Lee, Megan, Stephanie, John Flinchbaugh and Samantha Young (James). He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren, 23 step-great grandchildren and one step-great-great grandchild.
