He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Winger and LaVada Morrison Winger; his wife Betty Mae Moon; and his siblings, Harold, Paul, Kenneth and Elaine Fischer.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Winger (Debra A.) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
