He is survived by: his children, Cathy Burrows (Randy) of Oil City and Daniel Vogus (Lisa) of Oil City; his grandsons, Jared Burrows (Megan) and John David Vogus; his sister Evelyn Maynard (James) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Russell (Helen), Ed McDowell and Pat Rodgers.
Memorials may be made to the Oakland United Methodist Church or to a charity of ones choice.
