He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jarzab and Cecelia Olszowka Jarzab; and his siblings, Thomas Jarzab, Peter Simon Jarzab and Maxine Jarzab.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Justin, Isaiah, Jacob, Anna-Jane, Janielle, Sage and Noah; his children, David Jarzab (Jennifer) and Michelle Jarzab-Seligman (Josh); his sister Patricia Jarzab-Walters of Oil City; his sister-in-law Cynthia Jarzab of Rouseville, Pennsylvania.; and his girlfriend Deborah R. Sunseri of Rouseville. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
