She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Lyle Shontz and Nancy J. Stanley Shontz; her daughter Danielle Lynn Smith; and her grandparents, Maxine Stanley, Howard and Opal Shontz.
She is survived by: her son Mark Andrew Smith; her siblings, Tambra Eismont (Michael), Marlene Aylesworth (Bob), Andrew Shontz and Sally Shontz (John Krosnicki); her nieces, Angela Kuhaneck, Tina Eismont, Sarah Reed, Beth Martin and Michelle Krosnicki; and her nephew Matthew Myers.
