He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Henry Winger and Clarice Alter Winger; and his siblings, John, Bob and Clarice Farren (Sue).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Karg; and his children, Theresa Moffett (Jim) of Winter Garden, FL, Joseph Winger (Kris) of Venus, PA, Lisa Ward (Mark) of Phoenixville, PA, Patrick Winger (Amy) of New Port Richey, FL, Christopher Winger (Lora) of Yuma, AZ and Matthew Winger (Diane) of Oil City. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
