He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon L. Jenkins and Julia Batson Jenkins; and his brother Robert Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Margaret C. "Peggy" Wolcott; his children, Jennifer Carley (Kevin) of Greencastle and James Jenkins (Melissa) of Williamsport, Two; his grandchildren, Jillian and Lemon; and his sisters, Bonnie Rodgers of Reno and Ruby Combs (Gene) of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
