She was predeceased by: her father Ernest; her husband Emil Flinchbaugh; her siblings, Ronald, Rosalee Henry and Jessie Dykins; her grandson Jack Lee Ochalek; her daughter-in-law Amy Sherick Ochalek; and her stepson Gregory Flinchbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Ochalek (Meg) of Oil City, Catherine Williams (Rick) of Oil City, David Ochalek (Nancy) of Oil City, Joyce Eismont (Tony) of Oil City, Sherry Reed (Steve) of Oil City and Kim Andres (Steve) of Seneca; her stepson Steve Flinchbaugh (Jill) of Chautauqua; her stepdaughter-in-law Karen Flinchbaugh of Edinboro; her brother William Porath of Oil City; and her nephew Mark Dykins of Oil City. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
