It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard M. Foster of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Barney M Foster; his daughter Lori Jean Basilone; and his siblings, Terry Foster, Glenn Foster, Florence Guyda, Dale Foster and Donnie Foster.
He is survived by: his mother Laura M. Sterling Foster; his wife Delores J. Nichols; his son Jeff Foster of Neiltown; his stepson Alan Nichols; his grandchildren, David, Shawn, Sara and Shannon; and his siblings, Thelma Carter, Rita Zuck of Oil City, Dean Foster (Pat) of Oil City, Lila Shields of Greenville, Cindy Kitelinger (Jim) of Walnut Bend and David Foster of Oil City. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
