He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sylvester and Margaret Reisinger. He is survived by: his parent Rose Reisinger Adams; his wife Sally Riggs; his stepchild Shane (Derek Deeter); his children, Austin, Angel, Aiden and Anthony Beth Carcia (Mark); his grandchildren, Kamron and Kalen Jesse Slater; his children, Leelah, McLaren, Kyrah and Sean; his stepfather Craig Adams; his sister Janel Hanna (Jason); his nieces and nephews, Kaiti and Kyle Hanna; and his grandfather Donald Pertz. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
