He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Jackson of Ohiopyle; his grandchildren, Melissa Yurechko of Indianapolis, IN and Matthew Yurechko of Valparaiso, IN; and his son-in-law Michael Yurechko. He is also survived by 125 nieces and nephews.
