He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia Kozlowski (Jula); his children, Mary Lynn Fick (Merle), David J. Kozlowski (Robin), Sandra Anne Kozlowski, Michael R. Josapak and Katherine M. Bean (Chris); his grandchildren, Josh, Chase, Ryan, Emily, Zach, Eli and Brianna; and his siblings, Patricia Skrocki, Victor Kozlowski, Conrad Kozlowski and Antoinette Bauer.
