She was predeceased by: her husband William Cymbalak (Bill). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joey (Ashlynn), Joshua (Bre), James (Alexis), Jacob, Jackson, Orion and Alexis Hartley; her great grandchildren, Malcom and Lylah; her children, William BJ Cymbalak and Jodi Havens (James); her siblings-in-law, Wilma Hooks, Kathy Gay, Jimmy Cymbalak and Mike Cymbalak; her goddaughter Robin Mason; and her caregivers, Jenn, Jess and Ashley.
Tootsie was 73 years young and battled Diabetes, Kidney Disease and Dementia/Alzheimer's.
