He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ehnot (Cyrus) of Oaks, PA.; his parents, George Ehnot and Anna Ehnot (Babay); and his siblings, Joseph, George, Finney, Annie and Elmer.

He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Ehnot Bismack (Kevin Bismack) and Jane Dell Ehnot; and his grandchildren, Drew, Katie and Kendra Finger.
