He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Provenza (Liberto) and Vincent Provenza; and his wife Mary Ann "Dolly" Provenza. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Zentgraf (Robert "Bob"), Mark Provenza (Annette) and Matt Provenza (Tracy); his grandchildren, Vincent Provenza (Erin), Rachel Siciliano (Vincent), Sean Provenza (Rachel), Steven Provenza, Andrew Zentgraf and Dillon Provenza (Stephanie); and his great grandchild Harper Grace Provenza.
