He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Tate. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Tate; his significant other Christina Smith; his daughter Lisa Tate; and his siblings, Vicky Otley (Tim) and Danny Tate.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cremation and Alternative Services, Inc. (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
