He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhabanus Wallace and Anne Wallace (Kozusko); his wife Dolores Wallace (Hazlett); his children, Dolores Montemurro, Edward and Janice Zastrow (Bob); and his great grandchild Hazel.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Wallace (Denise), Robert Wallace, Leslie Tucci (Edward), Barbara Behrndt and Mark Wallace (Pam Fiore); his grandchildren, Jessica Williamson (Joe), Lindsay, Nicole Wallace, Toni Lynn, Joe, Matt Montemurro (Andrea), Mike Zastrow (Trisha), Tim Zastrow (Keely), Jennifer Van Etten (John), Lauren (Cole), Lucas Tucci (Courtney), Michaela Burczak (Zack), Amanda Myers (Natalie), Erin Martin (Kevin), Richard Wallace, Gia and Vito Fiore; and his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Wren Williamson, Joey, Gianna Montemurro, Amelia Tucci, Parker, Brynn Zastrow, Keenan, Cheyla, Diante Zastrow, Jordan, Jenna Van Etten, Carson, Rigby Myers and Kevin Martin III.
