He was predeceased by: his daughter Lorraine Gaye. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Jeffrey Burgman, Linda Bisceglia, Daniel Burgman (Sally), Carleen Malinowski (Gene), Gregory Burgman (Gary), Barbara Biberstine (Jerry) and Andrew Burgman (Cristie); and his sisters, Eileen Cochrane (late Roy) and Elvira Cannon (late Vince). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burket-Truby Funeral Home (421 Allegheny Ave, Oakmont, PA 15139). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (St. Joseph Church) (825 2nd St, Verona, PA 15147).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to either Central Catholic High School, 4720 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, or to Holy Family Parish, 444 Holy Family Way, Plum, PA 15239.
