It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Sciarrino of Oakmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Rosalie Sprague; his parents, John Sciarrino and Josephine Sciarrino (Greco); his sisters, Geraldine Meli (late James), Josephine Fisher (late Victor), Rose Povlick (late George) and Mary Horvath (late Raymond); and his nephews, Kenneth and Dennis Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, John Sciarrino (Dana), Stacie Sciarrino and Karen Caplan (Alan); his grandchildren, Sage, Sierra Caplan, Erin and Blake Sciarrino; his nieces and nephews, David Fisher (Rose), Kevin Povlick (Francine), Nancy Linderman (Brian), John O'Bryan, Diane Macke and Candi Owens; and his pets, Penny and Sophia. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, special friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the MS Society, Dementia Society of America, National Alliance for Mental Illness, or a charity of one's choice.
