He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Kelly, Sr. and Mary Jane Kelly; and his sister Mary Jo (Lee). He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Kelly; and his brother Joseph L. Kelly, II (Kathy Renee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
