He is survived by: his parents, Robert Paul Adams (Susan) and Gladys Mae Spramelli (Branan); his wife Karyn; his children, Jeffrey Adams Jr. and Taylor Hollobaugh (Chad); his stepchildren, Nelson Bliss and Alexa Bliss; his sister Susan E. Adams; his stepsisters, Christine McGregor, Lorraine Wolfrum (Robert) and Gina Bruce (Troy); and his aunts, Paula Bauer and Ann Roudybush (John). He is also survived by his family and friends.
