She is survived by: her children, Terri Musiak (Keith), Paul Collins (Cynthia), Jeff Collins (Doreen) and John Collins (Becky); her grandchildren, Matthew (Nicole), Christopher (Sarah), Kelly (Zach), Paul (Brooke), Regis (Holly), Emily (Chris) and Erin; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Jacob, Emma, Leo, Noah and Paul Anthony; and her brother-in-law Fred.
